I established a Proprietary Firm, Anir Engineers Incorporated (Anir Engineers Inc) in the southern fringe of Kolkata in the year 1993 with the modest savings of my employment years.

In my childhood days I had witnessed extreme poverty, ill health, malnutrition and illiteracy among a vast majority of my fellowmen. During these earlier years I had the chance to visit many interior villages of West Bengal with my father and saw in my own eyes the most deplorable conditions of the villagers. Their utter helplessness in day-to-day living brought tears to my eyes.
